The Awaken-I vision will be achieved by facilitating the following Process in different areas of life:

1. Awakening  individuals to the power and creativity of their Divine Essence, to the Gifts and Talents that they have and to the Entrepreneurial Spirit and Leadership in them,
2. The Self  Creation of Circles of people who share the same values , vision and passion, and
3. Economically sustaining and growing this community network. The community of interdependent entrepreneurs will be nurtured and sustained through mutual support, connecting them to knowledge and other resources, including mentors, facilitating a community of practice and ongoing Leadership development.
4. Developing and supporting a community of “I Catalysts” to take the “Awaken-I” process forward. These will be people who will awaken others to spirit centered Inspiration, Innovation, Initiative and Integration.
